Logbook service Caboolture
Logbook Service in Caboolture - Done Properly
A lot of people treat their logbook service as just another thing to tick off the list. Hand over the keys, wait an hour, drive away. But if it’s not done right – if the wrong parts go in, if the log book doesn’t get stamped, if the intervals aren’t followed – your new car warranty can be void before you realise it.
At Aussie Brake and Clutch, we’ve been servicing vehicles in Caboolture since 1987. We carry out logbook services to manufacturer specifications, use quality parts that meet manufacturer requirements, and stamp your log book properly every time. If we spot anything while we’re in there, we’ll tell you about it and give you the option. We won’t just add it to the bill.
We service customers from Caboolture, Morayfield, Narangba, North Lakes and Burpengary.

Will a Logbook Service at Aussie Brake and Clutch Void My Warranty?
That’s exactly what we do. Our team carries out logbook servicing to manufacturer specs, uses quality parts that meet manufacturer requirements, and stamps your log book properly at every service. Same outcome as the dealership, without the dealer pricing.
Why Caboolture Locals Choose Us for Their Logbook Service
We’re not a quick lube chain running cars through on a timer. We’re a proper mechanical workshop with over 60 years of combined experience across our team. When your car comes in for a logbook service, a qualified mechanic works on it – not a lube technician following a checklist.
We’ve been the trusted local mechanic in Caboolture since 1987. People come back because we’re straight with them. If your car needs something, we’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
We also stock a large range of quality parts on-site – including being the largest Protex stockist on the north side of Brisbane – so we’re not waiting on parts to arrive before we can get your car back to you.
And if something bigger comes up during the service – worn brakes, a clutch that’s on the way out, a suspension issue – we can handle it all in-house. No need to take it somewhere else.
How Often Does My Car Need a Logbook Service?
The safest way to know is to check the logbook that came with your car. It’ll have the full service schedule in there. If you’ve misplaced it or you’re not sure, give us a call on 07 5495 6655 and we can help you work it out.
Don’t put it off too long. A missed service doesn’t just risk your warranty – oil that’s overdue breaks down and stops protecting your engine the way it should.

What’s included in our logbook service:
Every logbook service follows the schedule set by your vehicle’s manufacturer. That means what’s included depends on your make, model and how many kilometres you’ve done. Generally a logbook service covers:
- Engine oil and filter change
- Air filter inspection and replacement if due
- Cabin filter inspection and replacement if due
- Fluid level checks and top-ups – brake fluid, coolant, power steering, windscreen washer
- Tyre inspection – pressure, wear and rotation if due
- Brake inspection – pads, discs, drums and lines
- Battery check
- Lights and electrical check
- Belts and hoses visual inspection
- Log book stamped and service recorded
If your vehicle is due for additional items at a higher interval – like a spark plug replacement, transmission fluid change or timing belt inspection – we’ll follow the manufacturer schedule and let you know what’s coming up so you’re not caught off guard.
